We recognize that unexpected events may necessitate a change in your plans. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a non-refundable fee of $150 will be charged.
